Bollywood Concert - Shradha Mishra Live by Round Table India

By accepting this pass and attending the Bollywood Concert organized by Round Table India, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Admission & Entry

• Entry is permitted only with a valid Pass. E-Pass must be scanned at the venue entrance for access.

• Pass once purchased are non-refundable

• Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.

• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who is intoxicated, misbehaving, or deemed unfit to attend.

2. Event Rules & Conduct

• The event is open to all age groups; however, minors are advised to be accompanied by an adult.

• Any form of misconduct, violence, or harassment will lead to immediate removal from the venue.

• The use of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items is strictly prohibited.

• Outside Food, drinks, water bottles and alcohol is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited at the venue. 

• Alcohol will be strictly served to 18+ age groups only on showing a valid government age proof/ID 

• Professional cameras, video recording equipment, and drones are not allowed unless authorized by the organizers.

• Bags may be subject to security checks upon entry.

3. Health & Safety

• The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or theft during the event.

• First aid and emergency medical assistance will be available on-site.

4. Purchasing & Refund Policy

• Pass once booked cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

• In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer’s decision on pass refunds or rescheduling will be final.

• Any lost or stolen Pass will not be replaced.

5. Photography & Media Rights

• By attending the event, you agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

• The organizers hold the rights to use any event footage, images, or recordings for marketing and publicity.

6. Organizer’s Rights

• The organizers reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel the event without prior notice.

• Any disputes related to the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any lost or stolen items.

• Parking at owners risk
